ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation dated 29.05.2025 preferred by the petitioner for conducting enquiry as to the selection of 13 persons on 20.12.2024 as the committee of Mutawalli for Masjid Taqwa alias Mela Pallivasal Nambuthalai waqf and their approval by the 1st respondent within a time frame.

Mr.K.Jayamohan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. 3.

Since the prayer in this writ petition is only to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders after conducting enquiry and affording sufficient opportunity to both parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
