The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the 4th respondent herein wherein the request of the petitioner to provide electricity service connection to the temple has been rejected primarily on the ground that the temple is located in a Natham Poramboke. 2.A perusal of the impugned order reveals that TANGEDCO had rejected the request on the ground that the temple is located in Natham Poramboke and unless No Objection Certificate is obtained from Tahsildhar, the service connection cannot be provided.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has received written instructions to the effect that the second respondent has got serious objection for providing service connection to the temple. 2/4
4.The second respondent is directed to communicate an order to the said effect to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if he is so advised. 5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
