ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the surcharge order passed under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act on 26.06.2025 by the third respondent.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having an effective alternative statutory appeal remedy under the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, this court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. It is open to the writ petitioner to raise all the grounds before the competent appellate authority.

3. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 12.12.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
