ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police 1/5

for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(2), 329(4), 324(4), 117(2) of BNS and 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.534 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners all together on instigation of Accused No.5, threatened the de-facto complainant's wife for the construction of chimney on 12.11.2025, which was questioned by the de-facto complainant. In return, petitioners attacked the de-facto complaint. Hence, the apprehension of arrest. Hence, a case has been registered as against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences committed by the petitioners are serious in nature.

5. This Court has already granted an interim direction was granted to the petitioners to appear before the respondent.

6.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner have not appeared before the respondent.

7.Further, another direction was granted to the petitioners not to intimidate or threaten the defacto complainant and shall not enter the premises wherein the defecto complainant is residing. The said condition was also violated. The petitioners have entered the premises of the defacto complainant for which the defacto complainant has also preferred a complaint in CSR No.19 of 2026.

8. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature and gravity of the offence and the specific overt act against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage.

9. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 3/5
