O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for issuance of passport to the petitioner based upon his application dated 03.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime No.151 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent, which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet in C.C.No.87 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, Ramanathapuram District.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been implicated in another case in Crime No.118 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent, which has culminated in filing of charge sheet in C.C.No. 406 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 2/5

4. In view of the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the both trial Courts, wherein charge sheets have been laid and seek permission of the trial Courts to go abroad. Depending upon the order to be passed by the concerned trial Courts, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
