ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to complete the proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 1615/2025/A1 within time fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. According to the petitioner, he preferred appeal petition before the second respondent on 05.08.2025 and the same was taken on file in Na.Ka. No. 1615/2025/A1 and the second respondent issued summon for enquiry on 28.08.2025. On the said date the petitioner and other appeared before the second respondent and submitted documents, but the second respondent did not pass any order so far. Now the fourth respondent is trying to create encumbrance over the said property, hence the petitioner has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.48 of 2025 seeking permanent injunction before the District Munsif Court, Kodaikanal and the same is pending hence the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.
5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
