O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025 and to disburse the compensation along with interest for the acquisition of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos. 1469 and 1482, situated at Pirancheri Village, Mannur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, under the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the issue had already been referred by the Special District Revenue Officer/Land Acquisition Officer to the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, in L.A.O.P.No.187 of 2025 in respect of the land in Survey No.1469 and in L.A.O.P.No.247 of 2025 in respect of the land in Survey No.1482 for the purpose of adjudication, and that the compensation amounts ordered vide proceedings in Na.Ka. No.A2/37/2021 dated Page No. 2 of 4

04.07.2025 in respect of the land in Survey No.1469 and Na.Ka.No.A2/39/2021 dated 04.08.2025 in respect of the land in Survey No.1482 were deposited in the said L.A.O.Ps.

3. Since the issue is pending before the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli, for adjudication, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
