PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.788 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, confirming the bail in Crime No.11 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and set aside the same.

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside order passed in Crl.M.P.No.788 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, confirming the bail in Crime No.11 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the respondents 1 and 2/accused deposited title deed before the concerned Bank.
