ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(iii) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No. 10822 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1072 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025. Condition No.7(iii) reads as under:- "7(iii) The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders"

2.Heard Mr.R.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 14.08.2025, regularly.

4.Learned Government Advocate for the respondent concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both side counsels, condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No. 10822 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1072 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025, is modified as follows:- "7(iii) The petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, on first working day of every month, commencing from January, 2026, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7. Registry is directed to list the main Civil Revision Case after four weeks.
