To Condone the delay of 2 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petitions in CRP(MD).SR.Nos.106955 and 106956 of 2025 against I.A.No.586 of 2022 and 323 of 2025 in O.S.No.139 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru.

ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petitions in CRP(MD).SR.Nos.106955 and 106956 of 2025 against I.A.No.586 of 2022 and 323 of 2025 in O.S.No.139 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvaiyaru.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the Civil Revision Petitions.

4.Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions, if it is otherwise in order.
