This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.10.2025 made in E.P.No.105 of 2024 in O.S.No.385 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and records perused. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/3

3.From the perusal of the records as well as the impugned order, this Court finds that as against the order impugned herein, the petitioner has an appellate remedy and without exhausting the appellate remedy available to the petitioner, she has come before this Court.

4.In view thereof, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appellate remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
