ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The Public Interest Litigation is filed to remove the illegal obstruction put up by the respondents 4 and 5 in the public road situated at Keelakudiruppu Street, Arasimenthirapuram Village. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that pursuant to the representation received from the petitioner, necessary action has been taken and all the encroachment on the public road obstructing access to the public has been removed. 2/4

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. The respondents are directed to keep constant vigil over the public road and to ensure that no encroachment is made on the said road in the future. No costs.
