ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, to expedite and complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.2 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the case was registered in the year 2023 and taken on file in the year 2024. The petitioner seeks for expeditious conduct of the trial in the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram is directed to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.2 of 2024 in Crime No.95 of 2023 as expeditiously as 2/4

possible within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
