This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, to expedite the proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.61 of 2025 in C.C.No.242 of 2019 in a time-bound manner as Page No. 1 of 3
fixed by this Court.
2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, is directed to complete the trial in Cr.M.P.No.61 of 2025 in C.C.No.242 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
