ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute pertains to money transaction based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry has been conducted and based on the undertaking given by the 4th respondent before the respondent police, petition enquiry has been closed on 04.12.2025.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and further directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioners any further keeping in mind that among the 2/4

petitioners, three of them are women, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
