Bailable Warrant and conviction warrant issued against the accused Gowrishankar in STC. No. 8 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnarayapuram.

ORDER

The District Collector, Trichy, is suo motu impleaded as the 6th respondent in this case.

2. Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 6th respondent.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.

4. This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to forthwith execute the Non-Bailable Warrants, Bailable Warrant and conviction warrant issued against the accused Gowrishankar in STC. No. 8 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnarayapuram.

5. Pursuant to the same, this Court directed the 4th respondent to execute the warrant in STC. No. 8 of 2024 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnarayapuram, and the same was duly executed, and the accused, Gowri Shankar, was remanded to custody today (i.e., on 17.12.2025) morning 10 AM at Karur.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before me the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnarayapuram, in Cr.L.M.P.No.21 of 2025 in D.V.C.No.12 of 2021 dated 16.04.2025. In which, the learned Magistrate had directed the District Collector, Trichy, to attach the immovable properties belonging to the respondent and take necessary steps to pay an amount f Rs.7,77,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs and Seventy Seven Thousand only) to the petitioner under Section 461 r/w 147 BNSS. However, the same has not been complied with so far.

In view of the same, invoking the inherent power of this Court, the District Collector, Trichy, is suo motu impleaded, and he is forthwith directed to comply with the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnarayapuram, in Cr.L.M.P.No. 21 of 2025 in D.V.C.No.12 of 2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. Post the matter on 20.02.2026 for compliance.
