ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.31811 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025, has not been complied with.

2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, it is reported that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No. 31811 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025, a writ appeal has been filed by the respondents before the Division Bench of this Court in WA. (MD)No.85 of 2026. The Division Bench has disposed the the said writ appeal, by its order dated 02.02.2026, directing the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner on or before 27.04.2026. An additional time limit has also been granted to the respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner on or before 15.07.2026.

3.In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA.(MD)No.85 of 2026 dated 02.02.2026, this Contempt Petition is closed.
