When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 16.12.2025 has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been considered and order has been passed on 20.02.2026.

2. Since the order passed by this Court dated 16.12.2025 has been complied with, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 20.02.2026, if he is so advised.
