CRL OP(MD). No.22789 of 2025 C.C.No.120 of 2017 on the file of the learned Special Judge for Communal Clash Act Cases, Southern District, Madurai in Crime No.221 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act .
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to ill health the petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court.
3. Since it is a jumped out bail this Court cannot grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner ought to submit warrant recall application before the concerned Trial Court. On such submission, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same and while considering the same the Trial Court shall take into account the facts of the case.
4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
