PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in D.R.2021/0103/27/097810TR dated 25.07.2025 and consequential order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Pa.Mu.A5/3475/2024 dated 25.07.2025 and consequently direct the respondent 1 to 3 to restore the name of the petitioners paternal grandmother namely P.S.M.Ayessha Ammal as per Patta No.112 in the UDR A register and patta for the property in Survey No.91/10 situated at Thondi Village, Thiruvadanai circle based on the recommendation made to the 2nd respondent dated 12.05.2025.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 25.07.2025 passed by the first respondent and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the name of the petitioner's paternal grandmother namely, P.S.M.Ayessha Ammal as per 2/5
Patta No.112 in the UDR A register and patta for the property in Survey No.91/10 situated at Thondi Village, Thiruvadanai circle based on the recommendation made to the second respondent dated 12.05.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.
3. The only ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not put on notice before the impugned orders were passed.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly concedes that there is no specific averment in the impugned orders to show that notice was served on the petitioner. 5.Since the petitioner had not been put on notice before the impugned orders were passed, the impugned orders are set aside and the matter is remanded to the first respondent for the purpose of affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, after issuing notice to all concerned parties.
