Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 herein to permit the 6 petitioners to write their 1st Semester B.P.Ed Examination by issuing the registration number and Hall Ticket after verifying the original certificates and to reschedule and conduct the special exam as early as possible and to publish the results and further permitting the petitioners to continue their B.P.Ed., programme in the K.R College of Physical Education from 2025 -2026 academic Year.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to permit the petitioners to appear for the 1st Semester B.P.Ed Examination by issuing the registration number and Hall Ticket after verifying the original certificates and to reschedule and conduct the special exam for B.P.Ed., programme in the 6th respondent College.
2. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 16.12.2025, the College Management had appeared before the 4th respondent College along with the original certificates of the students and after verification, they have found that all these six petitioners are qualified to appear for the first semester examination.
3. The examination has been rescheduled from 05.01.2026 to 08.01.2026. The venue has been fixed at Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University. The learned counsel for the petitioners requested for change of venue anywhere near the College. However, there was some objections from the respondent University with regard to the change of venue.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Court is disposing of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent University to permit the petitioners to appear for the first semester examination at the venue fixed by them on the rescheduled dates. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
