ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order passed by this Court in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13371 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025 has not been complied with.

2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) produced the copies of the postmortem report and viscera report dated 05.12.2025 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Further, he submits that since they have received the postmortem report and viscera report only in the month of December 2025, they request four more weeks to complete the investigation. With regard to the videograph of the postmortem, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) undertook to furnish the copy of the CD file to the petitioner.
