Heard Mr.S.Manoj Kumar, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.N.Pragalathan, learned Counsel for Respondent. 1/5

2. Present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed, seeking extension of time for complying with conditions imposed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence in its order dated 14.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11271 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD) No.933 of 2024, which reads as follows:

"The Revision Petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, FTC, Thoothukudi, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the Revision Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond, along with two sureties for a sum of Rs. 15,000/- each, subject to furnishing undertaking that he will co-operate in the hearing of the present Revision.

ii. The Revision Petitioner and sureties shall affix their Photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the bond and the above said Court may obtain a copy of their Aadhaar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity.

iii. The Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, FTC, Thoothukudi, , once in every month, ie., on the first working day, commencing from the month of November 2025, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.S.Manoj Kumar, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner submits that Revision Petitioner has been complying with conditions imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.11271 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.933 of 2024, dated 07.08.2025, except for furnishing sureties. He therefore prays this Court to extend the time for complying with conditions relating to furnishing sureties, to which learned Counsel for Respondent has no objection.

In view thereof, Revision Petitioner is directed to comply with the order dated 14.10.2025 passed in Crl.MP(MD)No.11271 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.933 of 2024, relating to furnishing sureties, within two weeks from the date of uploading the order in the website of this Court. It is made clear that Revision Petitioner shall comply with other conditions of the order dated 14.10.2025.

5. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
