ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence passed by the learned learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2020 dated 14.10.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2.This is the second application for suspension of sentence. Ealier, this court, on 07.04.2025, considered a similar application in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3166 of 2025 and dismissed the same as withdrawn. 3.From the affidavit filed by the petitioner, it appears that there is no new ground raised for suspending the sentence. Further, the petitioner had voluntarily withdrawn the earlier application. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
