The above petition is filed by the defacto complainant, to condone the delay of 74 days in preferring the above criminal appeal, against the judgment dated 11.07.2025, made in Crl.A.No.

97/2024, by the learned VI Additional and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, have no objection in the petition being allowed.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraphs No.4 and 5, of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
