The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.37 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been discharged in STC No.121 of 2025 (Crime No.37 of 2025) by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Athoor, by order dated 04.12.2025.
