To relax the conditions imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.12323 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.692/2025 dated 12.09.2025 the petitioner shall produce the vehicle before the trial court and before the respondent police on the first working day of every month, commencing from October 2025 until further orders.
ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12323 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.692 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025.
2. Heard Mr.S.Sundarapandian, learned counsel for petitioner.
3. There is no representation on the side of respondent.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 12.09.2025, regularly.
5. Since the condition imposed upon petitioner by this Court has been complied with, the condition No.8(f) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12323 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.692 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025 is modified as follows:-
"Petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in two months on the first working day of every second month in English Calendar, commencing from February, 2026 (I.e., first working day of February, April, June, August, October and December), at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
6. With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
7. Registry is directed to list the main Criminal Revision Case after three weeks.
