O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025 and dispose of the same within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the fourth and fifth respondents had created a fraudulent document in respect of the property in Survey No.352/14C, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.17 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur, which was later decreed in favour of the petitioner; that during the pendency of the suit, the fourth and fifth respondents mutated the revenue records and the third respondent without notice to the petitioner subdivided the property and mutated the records; that therefore, the petitioner gave a representation dated 03.11.2025 to the first respondent through the grievance redressal forum, who in turn forwarded the same to Page No. 2 of 5

the second respondent; and that since the second respondent has not considered the petitioner's representation and disposed of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

Recording the above submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025, which was forwarded by the first respondent, District Collector, on its merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The second respondent is also directed to provide a reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner, the private respondents and any other interested parties who may be affected by the decision. rival claims, the same can be agitated before the competent civil court. There shall be no order as to costs.
