ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.303 of 2025 dated 23.10.2025 from the file of the 2nd Respondent to any other investigating agency under the supervision of the 1st Respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petition is all about a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife. Despite the registration of Crime No.303 of 2025, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the petitioner sought for transfer of investigation from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the nature of the crime, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.303 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent and the second respondent Police is also directed to report weekly to the first respondent and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
