This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the 4th respondent from erecting cell phone tower in Survey No.302/4A, Vagaikulam, Keezh Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in an unauthorized manner without getting any permission from the authorities concerned by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2025.

3. It is submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent closed the pit. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
