Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to pass orders forthwith granting necessary exemptions to the petitioner-society under Section 54 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 for the financial years from 2008-2009 to 2022-2023 based on the proposal submitted by the 2nd respondent herein in No.16125/S2/2025 dated 12.06.2025.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent herein to consider the representations of the petitioner seeking exemption under Section 54 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 for the financial years from 2008-2009 to 2022-2023.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application is under consideration of the 1st respondent and orders will be passed within a period of eight weeks.

3. However, Some of the learned counsels wanted to implead their respective parties in order to oppose the application. In case if any one of them wants to raise any objections, it is for them to submit their objections before 31.01.2026, before the 1st respondent.
4. The 1st respondent is directed to consider those objections also and thereafter, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. With the above deliberations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
