The above petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in S.A. (MD)SR.No.101856 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Theni, heard the arguments of both the sides on 15.06.2023 and reserved judgment and posted to 23.06.2023 and thereafter, the case was being adjourned for judgment / clarification and the judgment was pronounced on 03.04.2025. He would further submit that the sole defendant died on 01.10.2024 and that since judgment was already reserved, steps were not taken and he has also produced the B-Diary extract.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to call for the particulars from the learned Principal District Judge, Theni about the officers, who were presiding over the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Theni from 15.06.2023 till 03.04.2025.

5. Post the matter on 19.01.2026.
