(1)Today, the above matter is listed under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent.

(2)The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this Court, by order dated 09.01.2026, the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition was ordered. However, the name of the learned counsel for the respondent has been wrongly mentioned as ''Mr.M.Karunanithi, GA[Crl.Side]'' instead of ''Mr.S.Gurumoorthy, Spl.PP [Customs]''. Hence, the learned counsel seeks for appropriate orders.

(3)In view of the aforesaid submission, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title, particularly, the name of the respondent counsel as ''Mr.S.Gurumoorthy, Spl.PP [Customs]'', instead of ''Mr.M.Karunanithi, GA [Crl.Side]'' as well as in paragraph NO.3 as ''The learned Special Public Prosecutor'' instead of ''The learned Additional Public Prosecutor'' and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
