(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN) This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation given to the Block Development Officer, the first respondent herein to remove the super-structure alleged to have been illegally put up by the villagers in the patta land of the Writ Petitioner. 2.On considering the representation of the Petitioner and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, We are of the view that it is a title dispute regarding the subject land. If the Petitioner is holding a valid title over the land and there is a illegal trespass, he has to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief. The Writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked to look into the title dispute. 2/4

4.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
