ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 329(4), 296(b), 131, 324(4), 49 and 351(2) of BNS in Crime No.591 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working at one private software company and she gave her car for service to the husband of the Al namely Vignesh who is already 3 years friend. On 15.10.2025 at 10.30 PM the said accused persons namely Lavanya, Muthuselvi and Palanikumar came to her home and trespassed along with other unnamed 3 accused persons and tried to assault him and also damaged the household articles and took 3 sovereign gold chain and also used filthy language with dire consequences. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) strongly opposed 2/5

to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. This Court has dismissed the 1st anticipatory bail application and this petition is the 2nd anticipatory bail application. It is specifically stated in the order passed in the earlier petition that the petitioner was monitoring the occurrence. There is no change in the circumstances as well.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature and gravity of the offence and the specific overt act against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 19.12.2025 TMG 3/5
