O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and fix the boundaries in respect of Survey No.257/1, measuring an extent of 1 Acre 4 Cents, and Survey No.257/3, measuring an extent of 4 Acres 28 Cents, situated at Krishnapuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's application dated 11.11.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, although the petitioner submitted an application dated 11.11.2025 along with the requisite fee, the survey has not been conducted.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submits that, in respect of the survey number which the petitioner seeks to have surveyed, 11 documents have been registered; and that, earlier, this Court, in W.P.(MD) No.16787 of 2025, held that if any mutation is made based on documents allegedly forged by individuals, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same and directed the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court.

4. In such circumstances, the parties are at liberty to approach the Civil Court. Needless to state, once the representation is made, the same can be disposed of for the very same reason.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
