PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.02/2025 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC and Sections 3 and 5 of Emblems and Name Act, 1950 in Crime No.02 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons fabricated the Emblem of the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India, thereby created falsification of records and cheated several people. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent person and they have not committed any offence 2/5

as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners was falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have involved in very serious offence of fabricating the Emblem of the Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India and the investigation is at initial stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. (S S Y J) 21.01.2026 tta 3/5
