ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action against the accused persons and to consider the petitioner's complaint.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the occurrence was happened on 02.12.2025, when the accused persons unlawfully entered the petitioner's house and threatened to kill her. Due to the threatening conduct of the accused persons, the petitioner called 100 and informed the 3rd respondent police. Upon receiving the information, the 3rd respondent police immediately arrived at the spot, conducted an enquiry, and advised the parties to conduct a survey to resolve the dispute. Despite the said advice, the accused persons once again came to the spot on 07.12.2025 and demolished the petitioner's house. Consequently, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent police on 08.12.2025; however, no action was taken on the said complaint. Thereafter, the petitioner 2/5

submitted a complaint to the 1st respondent police / Superintendent of Police on 09.12.2025, who is the superior officer of the 3rd respondent. The said complaint was received on 12.12.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondents police are ready to consider the petitioner's complaint.

4. Hence, this Court directs the 3rd respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint as per the law. If any cognizable offence is made out appropriate action may be initiated. If any civil rights are infringed, the petitioner is advised to approach the appropriate Civil Court seeking remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With this directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 12.12.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes msrm 3/5
