O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue separate patta for the properties in S.No. 159/3A (to an extent of 0.9.00 Hectares) and S.No.159/3C (to an extent of 0.3.50 Hectares) situated at Seeniyaviduthi Village, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District in the name of the petitioner on the basis of the sale deed in Document No.1574 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023 and by considering the petitioner's application in No. 2025/0103/21/506612 dated 19.09.2025.

2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6

3.According to the petitioner, she has given a representation dated 19.09.2025 to the second respondent seeking for issuance of separate patta, which is still pending before the second respondent without any final decision, despite the long lapse of time. The petitioner contends that the prolonged inaction of the second respondent is arbitrary and has caused undue hardship, necessitating the intervention of this Court. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.09.2025, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as all other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also 3/6

made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the first respondent to consider the same on its own merits. There shall be no order as to costs.
