The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to give adequate police protection to put up fence in his property in S.No.228/3E, 228/3A1A, 228/4B2 and 228/4B4 situated at Seelapadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul Distict in the light of 2nd respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1928 / 2025/F, dated 26.03.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.05.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
