Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To Modify the condition in para 6(c) "the petitioners shall stay at Kovlpatti and report before the Inspector of Police, Kovilpatti East Police Station, Thoothukudi District, at 10.30 a.m" imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 14531 of 2025, by substituting it with a direction to Report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, at 10.30 a.m., or before any nearby police station within Theni District, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit.
ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14531 of 2025, dated 03.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition only for 11 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition only for 11 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14531 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. They shall co-operate with the investigation''
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
