ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.18204 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 19 days only.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.18204 of 2025 on 22.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.18204 of 2025 on 22.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once every 15 days, on Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 17-12-2025 jbr To
