Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To Modify the condition imposed to the petitioners that (b) the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- to the credit of crime number and thereafter the same shall be deposited in anyone of the nationalized bank in interest accuring deposit and modify the deposit amount as Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.25,000/- as imposed as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8819 of 2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8819 of 2025, dated 09.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is a painter and that his work is seasonal in nature; therefore, he is not in a position to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/-, and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8819 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- at the time of producing surety and shall further pay Rs.5,000/- on or before 02.02.2026, Rs.5,000/- on or before 20.03.2026, and Rs.5,000/- on or before 02.04.2026. ''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
