ORDER

Seeking to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent police to give necessary police protection to the life and limp of the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025, this petition is filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent is the petitioner's own brother and the petitioner is being prevented by the respondents 3 and 4 from worshipping her family Kuladeivam. It was further submitted that the petitioner has also been subjected to physical abuse by respondents 3 and 4, and hence, he sought the indulgence of this Court.

3.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) M.Sakthi Kumar on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, one FIR has been registered and three other FIRs came to be registered at the instance of the respondents 3 and 4 and others as against the petitioner's family. He further submitted that the case is all about family dispute with respect to worship of the Kuladeivam and the police is unnecessarily troubled by both the parties to give protection.

4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent police may be directed to call all the respective parties, including the petitioner, and give necessary directions to maintain law and order and peace. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
