Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.06.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.11741 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 19.06.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.11741 of 2025, has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 11.02.2026 bearing Na.Ka.No.129/2026/A4 is produced before this Court.
