ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 669 days in preferring civil miscellaneous appeal before this Court against the judgment and decree dated 04.11.2023 made in M.C.O.P. No. 422/2020 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Thanjavur. 2.The proof of service has been filed for effecting the paper publication for Respondent No.1. There is no representation for Respondent No.1 either in person or through the counsel. The second respondent is represented through the counsel.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. It is made clear that no interest will be granted for the entire period of delay.
