O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 4 to conduct enquiry and rectify the mistakes committed in allotting land with respect of Survey No.1103/7 in Patta No.1079 instead of Survey No.1103/26 situated at Baganatham Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since there are no adverse are going to be passed against the private respondents, notice is dispensed with.

The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 on 14.11.2025 to rectify the mistakes committed in allotting the land in S.No.1103/7 in Patta No.1079 instead of Survey No.1103/26 situated at Baganatham Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 3 and 4 within a time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a 3/5
direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if there are rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil court.There shall be no order as to costs.
