This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2196 of 2025, dated 27.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 23.12.2025.
