O R D E R
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the message sent by the fourth respondent/Panchayat demanding payment of water charges for providing water service connection to the writ petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that even though the petitioner has paid requisite fees for providing water service connection, for the past 30 months, no service connection has been effected. However, under the impugned message, Panchayat has demanded for the water charges.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Panchayat submits that mistakenly this message has been sent to the writ petitioner. He further submit that as and when administrative sanction is given by the concerned authority, water service connection would be provided to the writ petitioner.
4. In view of the above said facts, the order impugned in the writ petition stands quashed. The fourth respondent is directed to provide water service connection to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
