O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and take immediate action on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 for correcting and changing the patta in the official revenue records in the name of Arulmighu Sree Matha Angala Parameshwari Amman Temple in respect of Survey No. 590/3, Achanthavilthan Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 27.10.2025 for rectification of patta and revenue records. However, no 2/5

action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 4 and 5 within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
